Professional
I worked more than twelve years in sales and as a
Project Manager in system business and I am used to getting things going.
While doing so I
have led complex projects with international teams,
both at home and abroad to
successful operation. Projects like "Quelle Mailorder Center Leipzig" or the
Baggage Handling System at Hong Kong Airport, I accompanied always from
the design to
the warranty
stage and I was
also able to do nearly all
the necessary work myself.
In addition to the longstanding practical experience I
have worked as employed consultant, trainer and coach in the area of Project Management
and - from practice to practice - I could pass on my knowledge to others.
Since 2004 I offer - together with partners - this
combination of practical experience in Project Management and as a coach/trainer
in my own company. My trainings excel by total integration of hard and soft
factors, i. e. my customers have not only learned Project Management, but acquired and used it themselves.
